  • Spaghetti plot 95% CI

    Hi everyone!

I have made a spaghetti plot illustrating how a measured diameter change between two time points. I have also calculated the mean diameter at the two time points and would like to add this mean and its 95% confidence interval at each side of the spaghetti plot (graph two way line).

This is how my plot looks today:

What I want is mean 95%CI lines on the sides like this:

Do any one know how to do this?

    Thanks!
    Kind regards,
    Anine Lie

Can you give us example data to work with? See the Statalist FAQ (black bar at the top of the page, section 12.2) on how to do that.
