Question on how to get rid of the yline in the twoway scatter graph

I would like to get rid of the ylines on -10, -5, 0, 5, 10. Is there a code that I can add to get rid of the unnecessary ylines?

adding ylabel(, glcolor(%0)) should work

The suggestion of Shiraz Johnson looks good, but why not show us the code that produced the graph in the first place?
