getting error message while running hausman test

Hey all,
after running Hausman test to choose between fe and re ,I am getting the following error

Can any one help me why i am getting the results .

You get better responses if you show exactly what you typed at Stata, and exactly what Stata returned.

Check for the options of the -hausman- sigmamore and sigmaless and try them.
