gini formula used in rifreg command

Does anyone know what formula for the gini coefficient is used in the command rifreg..., gini? I can see it in Firpo, Fortin and Lemieux (2018) but need to know if it satisfies the transfer principle.

Hi Jane
The formula behind GINI_RIF in rifreg is the same that the one described in Firpo, Fortin and Lemieux (2018) (decomposition with RIF's). And its the same one I added to "rifvar"
In all cases, the formula used does not change the properties of the Gini Coefficient.
