Run Stata from a docker container

Hi!
Does anyone have experience with setting up and running Stata in a Docker container? I found some Docker Images on codeocean (Stata 15) and on Docker Hub (Stata 14) but no more further information. Is there maybe a good tutorial that I‘m not aware of?
I‘m rather unexperienced with Docker outside of very standard images and don‘t see a way of progressing without some support.

Has a README with steps that work (for me) on MacOS and Linux, and should work on Windows.
