  • How can I create a graph matrix for subset of countries?

    Hello,

    I have a dataset with several countries and I want to create a graph matrix (graph matrix weekly_count_cases yearweek) for some of the countries (Portugal, Spain, Italy and France.
    Can you help me with the command to create a graph matrix for only a subset of countries?

        Using the by() option on the graph command is probably the easiest way. Try:

        scatter weekly_count_cases yearweek if inlist(country, "Portugal", "Spain", "Italy", "France"), by(country)
