Specifying Identity Equation for Forecast of ARIMA(0,1,1) With and Without a Constant

I am estimating an arima(0,1,1) and then using the forecast suite but am having difficulty in specifying the identity that is required both with and without the constant. I think it is a pretty straightforward thing to do but . . .
