AMD EPYC Processors Performance

Hello, I am doing some research trying to determine if there is any performance benefit or gain with Stata application if running jobs on a AMD processor.

Does anyone happen to have sources or white papers on this topic.

I don't believe you will find something satisfactory. There is a performance report for how Stata/MP compares with various numbers of processors (found from here). However, this isn't a comparison of different architectures. For a specific answer, you may need to pick a comparator system/architecture and then run your own benchmarks with code and data that resemble your expected workload.
