Dynamic model with cross sectional data

Dear all,

I will please like to find out how to run a dynamic model in Stata when i have a cross sectional data (my variables are obtained at only one time point) I will really appreciate suggestions on how to do this.

The normal usage as I understand it of dynamic model is a model where a lagged value of the dependent variable appears on the right-hand side. Obviously, this can't be done with cross-sectional data.
