I am trying to calculate effect size (cohen's d) after anova using contrasts. There are two commands "estat esizei" which is available to find eta square and "esizei" to find cohen's d for two sample tests. How can I get cohen'd after immediately I do contrasts. For example, I ran the command "contrast {factc -1 -1 2}" or contrast {factc -1 -1 2} {factb 0 -1 1} and I would like to get cohen's d and other statistics like mean, sd, sample size to be displayed along with F test results. Can anyone suggest an easy way of doing this with a command rather than manual calculation?
