I am using qqvalue command to correct for false discovery rate.I am using the simes method. In 2006, Benjamini, Krieger, and Yekutieli (2006), in "Adaptive Linear Step-up Procedures that Control the False Discovery Rate", Biometrika, 93(3), 491-507 came up with a sharpened version of these qvalue.
I don't think the command qqvalue includes the 2006 improvement. Am I wrong? Are there another command out there that implement sharpened qvalues?
