Import and transpose excel dates

Hi,

I would like to import and transpose Excel MM/DD/YYYY date (from cell C1 until date end in Excel) into Stata. This is the input I currently have in Excel (screenshot enclosed, I only want to import what is in yellow).

The Stata output that I want is the following, also enclosed.

You have posted almost 500 times. By now you should know how to post properly. You need to provide Stata code in code delimiters, readable Stata output, and sample data using dataex. As has been said many times on this listserv, screenshots are not encouraged. If you look at your screenshot, it is almost unreadable. Furthermore, without data to play with, we can't really directly solve your problem.

There are several ways to go about this. One way would be to transpose the data in Excel before reading it into Stata. Alternatively xpose would do the job.
