Hello,
I am looking to run a multi-level regression with post-stratification model (individual-level data for a single state, to all counties within that state; census data will be used for the county-level parameters) in Stata. Does anyone have example code for this process, especially the post-stratification stage?I am familiar with the multilevel modeling procedures in Stata, but am unsure how to programmaticallytake the model's post-strata estimates and use them to generate stratification weights for the counties. I would like to do this for a large number of outcome variables, with a number of predictor variables. I've found the following example for R very informative, but am looking for similar code/instructions for Stata: https://www.r-bloggers.com/gelmans-m...his-all-about/
I poked around and did not see another thread on this. Apologies if I missed it. Any insight is much appreciated. The code or insight you provide does not need to be specific to my case.
Hope you are all as well as possible!
Matt
