repeated time values within panel stata

Hi, I am fairly new to Stata, I've been trying to analyse my data for my research proposal. However, I've been receiving the error command "repeated time values". I have checked for duplicates and there's none, I set tsset and also tried xtset both says strongly balanced but I'm still receiving the error. Can someone assist me please.

I don't know very much about vector autoregression, but I can tell you that the -var- command requires a single time-series. You apparently have panel data, which has multiple time series, one for each panel. That just won't work.

Yes my data is panel data, I tried running ADF test and it gave me this error "sample may not include multiple panels

For my research I need to do cross sectional test, panel unit root tests, panel residual cointegration test, FMOLS, DOLS, and granger causality test. Any suggestions?

I don't know anything about any of those things. If somebody else doesn't respond in a day or so, start a new thread with a title that deals with the questions you raise in #4 so it will attract the attention of somebody who is knowledgeable.
