Is there any way to calculate in STATA "Net reclassification index at event rate" as proposed by Pencina, Steyerberg, Agostino in " Stat Med. 2017 Dec 10;36(28):4455-4467. doi: 10.1002/sim.7041, Net reclassification index at event rate: properties and relationships" ?
