AIC and BIC at Fractional Logistic Regressions

Dear statalisters,

I am writing because I am doing Fractional logistic regressions and I am looking at some articles that did the same and some of them are reporting AIC values, BIC values and AIC/BIC values.
My question is, is it necessary to report that? how is the interpretation of IAC and BIC? How get I get those values (AIC and BIC) from the regression?
I am using stata 15.

estat ic
