Residual Variance Estimators: Calculating HC0 & HC1

Hi everyone,

This may seem like a very simple question but could someone please share the command for calculating HC0 and HC1? The vce option in the reg command allows one to add hc2 and hc3 but I couldn't find anything for hc0 and hc1.
