  • Odds ratio for continous variables in logistic regression

    Hi everybody

I have a question about the interpretation of the following logistic regression:

The independent variable and its coding: 0 (eGFR >90), 1 (eGFR 60-89)
One of my dependent variables is a continous variable, and has a odds ratio of 0,999

Can someone help me interpret this result ?

    Is it something like:
    - For every increase in the variable X, the odds for having a eGFR of 60-89 decreases by 0,999

    Or is it:
    - For every increase in the variable X, the odds for having a eGFR >90 decreases by 0,999 ?

    I hope someone can help

    Hakan Hakansen.
