I have data in the form of:
id | rater | rating |
1 | 1 | 1 |
1 | 2 | 1 |
2 | 1 | 1 |
2 | 2 | 2 |
3 | 1 | 3 |
3 | 2 | 2 |
4 | 1 | 3 |
4 | 2 | 3 |
5 | 1 | 1 |
5 | 2 | 1 |
6 | 1 | 2 |
6 | 2 | 2 |
7 | 1 | 3 |
7 | 2 | 2 |
... | ... | ... |
The goal is to bring the data in a co-occurence form roughly like this:
rater2 | Total | |||
rater1 | 1 | 2 | 3 | |
1 | 2 | 1 | 3 | |
2 | 1 | 1 | ||
3 | 1 | 2 | 3 | |
Total | 2 | 3 | 2 | 7 |
How can I transform the original data into a co-occurence frequency table like provided?
Hint: I need the data as an input for kappaetc.
