lclogit: use nlcom after lclogit to calculate WTP

Dear Statalists,

I have a question regarding how to calculate WTP values using the command 'nlcom'
after running a latent class analysis using 'lclogit'.

I know that I can use the 'wtp' command where you can specify choice equation and
that the command uses nlcom to calculate WTP values. Ex:

wtp cost turb eng Vest, equation(choice1)

However, I wonder how I can specify choice equation and calculate WTP for the
respective class using the nlcom command. This is of course after the results
using the 'lclogitml'. I know how to calculate WTP using nlcom command,
but not to specify the choice equation.

I've recently released -lclogit2- that includes a post-estimation command to compute WTP. You can download -lclogit2- by typing -ssc install lclogit2- at the command prompt. Here's a link to the background paper for -lclogit2-: http://dro.dur.ac.uk/29867/1/29867.pdf.
