outreg2 doesn't include option to include 'baselevels' in reg results?

How can I include the omitted factor variable in my regression output using outreg2? It doesn't seem to have this option, while outreg does..

I am having the exact same problem and its making life a little tricky. I have yet to find a solution. I am also not seeing this option in outreg as you say. Can you give more detail on that or provide some example code?
