I need to run a Fixed effect Ordered legit regression( FE-OL) regression but I can't seem to find it on STATA under Statistics. Could anyone please inform me of where this command is.

You won't find it anywhere. It does not exist in Stata. As far as I know it does not exist in any statistical package. Last I heard, nobody has ever discovered/invented an algorithm that can estimate the parameters of a fixed-effect ordered logistic regression. -
