Help in unbalanced Panel data

I am using the data from 2003-2017. I have some missing values in my corporate governance and control variables. I need to delete all missing values and make all variable observations equal to do the analysis?

You do not have to do anything: Stata can handle both balanced and unbalanced panel with no problem (see -help xtset-).
