T-test for cross sectional time series data

Hi,

I have weather data for a specific time period 2010-2017 for two cities

I was wondering how to do a t- test on each weather variable to see that the weather is similar in both cities

I want to do:

ttest cloud if city==1 == cloud if city==2

but the if options aren't allowed. How do I do this because the data for each country is on top of eachother in my data set?
