Hello Mr. what is the function, characteristics,its importance, its Benefits of the vce(custer cities ) command in a data panel regression for example. xtreg y x1 x2 x3, fe vce (cluster cities)?

Harry:
-cluster- and -robust. options for standard errors, available under -xtreg-, both take heteroskedasticity and/or autocorrelation into account.
Take a look at -xtreg- entry in Stata .pdf manual and (unsolicited advice) consider studying any decent panel data econometrics textbook.
