graph that shows the evolution over 10 years

Hi guys,


We have drawn 10 individual histograms for working hours from 2004 to 2013 in Belgium. Now we would like to merge the means of these 10 individual histograms into one graph that shows the evolution over the 10 years.

Can someone help us out?
