VISUA Dialog programming GUI

I have seen the presentation on the below link, they have used a VISUA GUI for creating Stata Dialog boxes and survey plugin for data entry. Is there anybody know from where I can get/download VISUA software.

The presentation seems to document an early version of the Visua software. I think your best hope for finding the software is to write to the author of the presentation (who I believe is also the author of the software) at the email address given on the first page of the presentation.
