    Hello,
I was wondering what adding xtpqml to an analysis does?
    How are the results influenced?
    Thanks,
    Alex

You didn't get an answer. Your question doesn't begin to provide enough information - we don't even know what kind of analysis you're thinking of adding xtpqml to. The initial questions have to be about what analysis makes sense given your data and theory. You use a specific routine if it does things your analysis needs. I'm not sure exactly what xtpqml provides other Stata routines don't - xtpoisson allows robust standard errors in all recent versions. There may be some specific things xtpqml does xtpoisson doesn't - you should only use xtpqml if you need those things.

      Phil,
I want to analyze the impact of greater diversity on boards of directors of US firms. I am not sure what would be the best way to get a result that is not influenced by the size of the variables. (i.e. If a firm has more disparity in the compensation of its directors how does that impact firms in terms of spending in R&D regardless of the size of the firm?)
      Thanks,
      Alex
