Sample size for cox proportional hazards model with multiple covariates

This is my first time using power cox, and I would like confirmation of my code.

The hypothesized hazard ratio is 0.68, power is 0.8, the probability of event is 0.57, and the strength of association between the covariates and treatment assignment could range between r2 0.0 through 0.3.
