Cohen’s d from a regression

Hello, I have a regression coefficient (using the reg command) that I would like to convert to Cohen’s d. I tried estat esize but it doesn’t give me the effect size I need. What is the correct code?

I don't have much truck with effect size, but have you seen this? Apparently, Googling will bring up online calculators that will do the conversion for you.
