Is there a way to run a logit with time series data? Does it even make sense?

Often time is just another predictor. Logistic curves as growth curves long (19th century) predated the logit as (in modern terms) a link for binary response (~1940).
Subject only to scaling the outcome to fall within [0, 1] you could fit a logit to measured proportions varying over time or to (0, 1) values too.
Comment
