doubleb is not recognised as a command. Stata is consistent about that. Why do you think it is? What documentation are you looking at?

If I had a guess at what you are trying to do, I would give it here.

to see whether you install it correctly (and actually) in your adopath.

It seems that you haven't installed -doubleb- as yet. You can just type the following command in Stata command window:

search doubleb, all

and click the valid link "doubleb from http://fmwww.bc.edu/RePEc/bocode/d", and next click the "click here to install". Hope this be helpful.
