dear all,
I want to model an interrupted time-series analysis to assess the effect of the recent Iranian Healthcare Reform on population outpatient services utilization and cost pattern. I have access to longitudinal claims database of about 2 million people for a 5-year period. the data set include rows (services) with uniqe IDs for each patients, services , and health care settings in addition to date column.
my question is: is it possible to run such a model considering the fact that my data-set covers only 15 months of pre-reform period and 45 months of post-reform period?
any guidance would be appreciated.
