Random Parameter Logit (RPL) model command

Is there user-written command (or a substitute) to run RPL model in Stata 14? I want to know farmers compensation choice (Willingness To Accept) behavior for mountain restoration plan.

There is no need for a user written command: In Stata 14 you can use the official Stata melogit command for a random parameter logit model.
