Forest plot

Hi

I have seven predictor variable and have obtained an odds ratios and confidence intervals of both the crude and adjusted effect estimates. I want to plot these values on a forest plot without necessarily doing a meta-analysis. Please I need help on the procedure to handle this including labelling each line on the plot.
