Table of QIC Values: Xtgee

Hello,

I am estimating an xtgee model, and have used the QIC program to get the appropriate qic's for each model, with the hope of comparing models with different correlations structures. Is there any way to store the results from each model, and produce a table with all qic values at the end. I thought estimates store / estimates table could do this, but I am not sure.

You may wish to take a look at the return values. For example, - r(qic) - may be what you want.

yes, I just noticed it. so how do i request the return values using estimates store/table?

I’m not with ‘my’ Stata at this very moment but with the information already given, you may wish to go ahead for yourself and check it out. With the information taken from the return value, the logical step prompts us to use the option - stats - and provide de qic as the ‘scalarlist’ term.
