Instrumental Variables Estimation with binary dependent, categorical treatment, and binary instrument?

Is this something that can be done in cmp or is there another command that I can use?

I have a binary instrument that predicts whether or not a person falls into a category (3 different categories). I would like to use that as the regressor on whether or not a person will have something.

Unfortunately, you didn't get a reply so far. I suspect it was on account of the lack of clarity of the message. Please take some time to read the FAQ. There you'll find important information about sharing data/command/output. Also, some tips to help you to produce a message clarifying enough.

This being said, and assuming you're using Stata 15.1, I recommend to look at ERMs (extended regression models). There is a whole Stata manual (free!) on this matter.
