I have two subindices (employment and industrial production) from 2000 to 2010 for regions (6 regions). They start at 1 and range above and below 1. I am constructing a new index with these subindices, such that the new index is, newind = W index1 + W index 2 where W is the weight of a given sub index in the new index. I'm using CPA and I have a question. When doing the predict command I get the scores, but these scores for the PC1 case are the scores of each year for each region. How do I get the weight for each subindice being that I have data panel?
