Thanks to Kit Baum, an update to markstat is now available at SSC. To install type in Stata's command window
This is a maintenance release fixing a few bugs. The command no longer fails when the user has -set logtype text-, does a better job keeping selected intermediate files, and corrects a glitch listing warning and errors in R scripts. Thanks to Shawna Metzger, Stas Kolenikov and Ian White for their bug reports.
