spike model for a contingent valuation survey using the double bounded dichotomous format

i am working on wtp for a renewable energy for a sample of 260 . Unfortunately, a lot of zero response, morethan 50 percent. I couldn't manage to get around the generic code i downloaded. Is there any one who can share a sample do file (or give me guidance on the code) for the spike model with the same DBDC format.
