binomial regression log link

Hi,

Does any one know about any stata user written command that converts relative risk (RR) after binomial regression with log link to risk difference (RD) or odds ratio (OR) from logistic regression to risk difference (RD)?

Marginal effects as computed by margins are risk differences when the explanatory variable is a factor variable. If it is a continuous variable you can see that as an approximation of a risk difference.
