  • help with command marginal effect

    Dear all,
I have ardl model (maxlag2) for time series data. What is the command to get marginal effect for my model.

Please read the FAQ section to learn how to make a post. You are expected to explain any jargon/unfamiliar terms (maxlag2 !!), provide data examples using -dataex- and code delimiters. These are the essentials for getting a meaningful reply.

If you are using an official Stata command, the postestimation help will probably point you to the margins command. An intro to margins is at

Like Roman, though, the best I can give you is generic and possibly incorrect advice without knowing more about what commands you are using.

Sorry. I ran a regress of ardl model for dependent variable which is yield and independent variables are land labor and capital. From that regress, I want to get marginal effect of each iv. What is an appropriate command?

Again, I would read up on the margins command. If you showed us what commands you were running we might be able to fine-tune the advice. Like Roman said, reading the FAQ, especially point #12, might help us to be more specific.
