  • Difference in difference at cohort level

    Hi,

I am doing a study that does not have panel data so I have to construct the data to from individual level to cohort level. I want to study the effect of my dummy treatment "whether had this edu before". I have two time waves, so I plan to do the DiD at cohort levl.

I am not sure whether my model is correct or not. Could someone help me to take a look at it and make any comments?

where left-hand-side is the dependent variable the average value of the results for cohort c at time t. (t=2000, 2009)
Xct is the list of averaged variables, D is my dummy, act is the fixed-unkown parameter.

I feel uncertain about the notation and usage of the dummy treatment D here. Can someone help me with it?

    Many thanks!

Ah I was stupid about it. If someone sees it, please ignore. It does not make any sense here.
