How do I install spost13?

Whenever I get errors like this, I just try again later. Often it is a temporary network problem.

Unless maybe you get errors every every time you try to install a program. Do you?

Yes, I've tried many times these days. Stata always prompts such a mistake.

Check the output of help netio especially the timeout settings; choosing a larger value may help.

Yes. I tried to install spost13 again this noon and it was installed. However, I don't know why it worked this time.
Yesterday, I visited http://www.indiana.edu/~jslsoc/stata/spost13_ado/, and I downloaded spost13_ado.pkg and spost13_ado.pkg. bak from it. I don't know if that's the cause.

I want to follow-up on this thread with an updated solution. As of today, the SPost13 can be installed using the following command:

net install spost13_ado, from("https://jslsoc.sitehost.iu.edu/stata")
