Hello, How can I interpret P value here? P>|z| : what does it mean? please explain.

This is the p value, estimated according to the Z. Depending on the test, it could be according to the t, the chi-square, etc. The interpretation, generally speaking, is fundamentally the same for any frequentist approach, as ubiquitous found in decent textbooks.
