Question;Penalized likelihood estimation via data augmentation

hi i am new here. i have a question. how can i get that '95% wald prior limits for OR =(1,16)' in stata. i can't figure out how those numbers came from all of sudden.
if i can get those intervals from table in first slide. please let me know.
