Tabout Command Unrecognized

Hello everyone,
Please I need help on "tabout" command.
I always get this feedback "command tabout is unrecognized" each time I run the command.
Example:
tabout state intervention location imp_cat caregiverage_recode caregiver_sex q1_recode q2 relative_wealth HHsize_recode q7i if metatag==1 using Descriptives_3c.xls, oneway cell(freq row) npos(row) nlab(Sample size) layout(cb) stats(chi2) replace

command tabout is unrecognized
