ereplace now on SSC

Hi all,

With many thanks to Nick Cox and Kit Baum, ereplace is now available via ssc.

This is a wrapper to all egen and egemore functions and allows the user to replace existing variables when calling egen functions. Nick is the original author.

To install, type ssc install ereplace. If you encounter any issues, let me know!

Thanks for the acknowledgment. I wrote something called ereplace in 1998, but clearly did not publish quickly, nay at all.

I must have been scratching an itch: if replace matches generate, shouldn't there be something matching egen?

In practice, I just drop the variable and start again, but I am happy if anyone finds this useful. Chris is in charge.
