Hello everyone, I am a research scholar and want to calculate extensive and intensive margins of trade. Which "Menu" will be used to calculate extensive and intensive margins of trade in Stata 14? Please help me in this regard.

You didn't get a quick answer. You'll increase your chances of a useful answer by following the FAQ on asking questions - provide Stata code in code delimiters, readable Stata output, and sample data using dataex. Where you want to refer to a paper, please give us a complete reference - almost all of us will not be in your area. Even terms like "margins of trade" are not common usage.

If you can show us a little of the data and tell us what you want to calculate, it is likely folks can help you. We are far more likely to help you if you do the work of explaining precisely what you want rather than expecting us to find a paper to figure out what you want.

By the way, most on this list serve would recommend you do a program in the do file editor (or similar editor - one included in Stata is probably easiest for beginners). Doing things interactively is nice for trying things out and a few other things, but debugging is almost always necessary and usually best done with a program in the editor. If you are going to be using Stata, you need to go through the introductory material which is widely available.
