adjacent category multinomial logit models

Hi,

My dependent variable has 4 categories.

I would like to implement adjacent category multinomial logit model. So that would amount to regressing - log(P1/P2),log(P2/P3) and log(P3/P4) on my independent variables.

How can I go about the same?
